I can't add a product to my cart, what should I do?

If you are unable to add a product to your cart, it means the item is temporarily out of stock. However, you can still order it via email by specifying the product code, color, and quantity you need. We will quickly provide you with information regarding availability and estimated delivery times.

How do I order one meter of ribbon, lace, Aida border, or trim?

In the quantity box next to the product image, enter:

- 1 to order one meter;

- 2 to order two meters, and so on...

Can I order specific yarn colors and quantities via email?

Certainly! You can place your order via email by indicating the product code, color, yarn weight (thickness), and the desired quantity.

The Arte del Ricamo Shop staff will source the yarn for you as quickly as possible.

Can I request a custom fabric cut?

Yes, you can request custom fabric cuts starting from 50 cm. Simply send us an email with your requirements.
